What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by our Head of Property Risk Engineering, David Plowman, alongside Gordon Stevens from our Risk Management division. The first session will help you to understand the loss recovery timeline, common factors to consider in preparing for loss mitigation, risk transfer (insurance) and the various factors which influence a recovery. The second part of the session will look at the process and steps to complete an effective business continuity management system and how to embed this into your organisations culture.
