Fleet Risk Management – What does good look like?

This session is aimed at all organisations who have employees who drive for work purposes.

Client Academy

This is a question most fleet managers ask themselves and try to achieve daily. However, do you know what good looks like and how to achieve it? Once achieved, are you able to capitalise on this commercially?

Our fully interactive fleet risk management workshop explores the basic foundation that every fleet manager should have in place, how to implement and manage the processes and where to find the right support for your operation or organisation.

PIB Client Academy is dedicated to providing insight and advice on a range of areas of risk, guiding you through the different measures that can be taken to help mitigate risk and safeguard your business. All sessions are free to attend.

What is covered?
The academy will be hosted by Andrew Drewary FCILT of Road Safety Smart, a collision investigator. He will be joined by Charlotte Le Maire, Criminal Motor Defence Solicitor.

The session will focus on five key areas:

  • Safe Drivers
  • Safe Vehicles
  • Safe Loads – yes, even in vans and cars!
  • Safe Journey
  • Safe Delivery

Covering aspects of procedure, compliance, driver safety and welfare, loss investigations and management systems, this event will provide key pointers in helping to maintain a healthy workforce and motor fleet.

The session will look at why robust collision and incident investigations are the springboard for improving an organisation's safety culture. When done properly, they actually save money and make driving for work safer for your employees and all other road users.

This will also look at how to deal with crisis management when it goes wrong.

Who is this aimed at?

This session is aimed at all organisations who have employees who drive for work purposes. Therefore, if you are a Transport Manager, Compliance Manager, Health & Safety Manager, HR Manager, Company Director, this session is for you.
