We invite you to attend our risk engineering workshop where we will discuss a risk assessment based approach to business resilience and supply chain management. Understanding the risks presented, what the impact might be and how you might mitigate against some of these potential losses.

What is covered?
This academy will be hosted by our Head of Property Risk Engineering, David Plowman
The first session will look at some of the major risks facing businesses from an operational risk perspective including supply chain and premises level interruption. The session will continue with consideration of how risks might be assessed and prioritised.
The second part of the session will help you to consider the mitigating measures which you may wish to apply to reduce either the likelihood or severity of an event and how you might plan to react in the event of incidents or interruptions.
